Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will we refund customers for any digital files purchased in error.
Returns will only be allowed w/ prior authorization from Tack Templates by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Request for returns must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of order (based on delivery confirmation). Return shipping with be at the buyers expense and items MUST be in same condition as when received. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Orders cancelled after they have been placed but before they are shipped will be subjected to a 5% cancellation charge.
MISSING AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We do our best to make sure your order ships complete and is packaged to prevent any damage. However, after it leaves our hands, it is out of our control and damages occur. In the case of damaged and/or missing pieces, any claims MUST be made via email within 3 business days of receipt of your order - NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be held responsible for any claims for replacements after that time frame and replacements will not be sent.

Picture of the shipping box
Picture of ALL the packaging contents
These pictures are necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier. Once we have the above items, we will ship replacement item(s) to you. Please do not throw away the broken item/box/packing materials as it may be required to be turned into your local post office for inspection in order for the claim to be processed.
If you no longer have the box and/or packing material and can only provide a picture of the broken item, we will issue you a credit for the amount of the item that you can use on your next order.
